Succession of Inheritance and Intergenerational Justice: The Role of Inheritance Law in Sustainable Development (SDGs)

The study of the Civil and Commercial Code is a core component of quality legal education in the Bachelor of Laws Program. It links the concept of legal personality in Book I to the rules on inheritance in Book VI, reflecting the logical structure of the Civil Law system. This project aims to enhance second-year law students’ analytical skills and practical understanding of inheritance law. The initiative supports inclusive and equitable education and lifelong learning (SDG 4) and promotes justice, legal reasoning, and respect for the rule of law, thereby supporting sustainable development (SDG 16).

Project Coordinator: Asst. Prof. Pimprapai Snitwongse Na Ayudhya
