The Physical Education Program, Faculty of Education, Burapha University, has continuously organised the Physical Education Camp across Thailand’s Eastern region. The initiative aims to transfer research-based knowledge and theoretical principles in physical education to local communities.
The project focuses particularly on enhancing fundamental movement competencies among primary school students, laying a strong foundation for lifelong physical literacy. Such competencies are essential for empowering young learners to maintain their own health and physical fitness, while contributing to the well-being of their communities in the future.
In addition, the camp serves as a vital experiential learning platform for Physical Education students, enabling them to develop professional teaching competencies through hands-on academic service. In the 2025 academic year, the program will be conducted in Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, delivering services to two small-sized primary schools, each with at least 150 participating students.
Project Coordinator: Asst. Prof. Dr Raphiphat Dueanphensi
