Learningverse

          The Faculty of Education at Burapha University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Education at Thaksin University and the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, launched the EDU SHARE project in 2022. This initiative, held biannually in April and October, aims to establish a robust educational network that promotes knowledge exchange and supports academic services, including education for sustainable development. The program is conducted online via Zoom Cloud Meetings. The Faculty of Education’s mission is to provide educational services to the community and related sectors, contributing to the development of a knowledge-based society. In October 2025, the Faculty will host a program titled “Learningverse” from October 27-28, featuring twelve topics. This event is designed to offer participants opportunities for personal growth and the practical application of knowledge in their professional roles, thereby advancing education aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Objectives:

  1. This event provides new knowledge and skills to educators during the semester break, creates equal and inclusive educational opportunities, and supports lifelong learning for educators.
  2. Burapha University has a strong academic image and shows social responsibility.
  3. Faculty of Education, Burapha University promotes the faculty’s curricula and finds new collaborations in academic activities.
  4. Faculty of Education, Burapha University, exchanges knowledge among universities and supports academic services.

Program Activities:

          In this event, the Faculty of Education (EDU) serves as the host, facilitating the program and fostering new collaborative opportunities between the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha) and the Faculty of Education at Thaksin University. The event is supported by faculty members who generously volunteer as guest speakers. This event was supported by two companies: MACHINOSIS COMPANY LIMITED and Top Professional and Development Co., Ltd.

Expected Outcomes (Impacts):

          A total of 2,271 participants attended the event, representing four distinct occupational groups. The majority were teachers (1,846 participants, 81.29%), followed by educators (338 participants, 14.88%), other professions (66 participants, 2.91%), university instructors (15 participants, 0.66%), and private business representatives (6 participants, 0.26%). Analysis of participant feedback revealed high overall satisfaction, with a mean score of 4.75.

          The most highly rated dimension was the applicability of the knowledge gained to classroom practice (mean = 4.77), followed closely by the enhancement of knowledge and understanding of the topics covered (mean = 4.76), and the opportunity for knowledge exchange and networking among institutions (mean = 4.74). In terms of knowledge acquisition, participants self-reported an average pre-webinar knowledge level of 2.43, which increased significantly to 4.60 post-training, indicating an average knowledge gain of 2.17. hese findings suggest that the program was effective in enhancing participants’ knowledge and professional capacity.
