International Relations Staff Mobility 2025

International Relations Staff Mobility 2025

At present, international collaboration has become increasingly significant, as the advancement of academic missions and institutional development requires cooperation from various stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as alignment with international standards to ensure efficiency and the true quality of educational outcomes. The enhancement of education, which ultimately leads to strengthening students’ potential, must begin with the development of qualified personnel. Such progress cannot be achieved by the support of a single institution alone, but also relies on learning and exchanging experiences with other institutions. Friendship, cooperation, and strong international relations therefore serve as the foundation for promoting sustainable educational development.

Recognizing this importance, the Global Relations Center of Burapha University organized the International Relations Staff Mobility 2025 program to strengthen the skills, knowledge, and mindset of support staff working in the field of international affairs, while enabling them to learn from the best practices of partner universities abroad. In 2025, the Global Relations Center supported two academic support staff members—Miss Puangtong Inchai from the Faculty of Medicine, and Miss Paphada Ounhapipatpong from the Global Relations Center—as participants in this program. The program was held for a duration of seven days, from 18–24 May 2025, at Universiti Malaya and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, in the Federation of Malaysia. This opportunity provided valuable exposure, experience exchange, and the strengthening of future collaboration between universities.

This program not only enhances the competencies and knowledge of international affairs staff—serving as an investment in lifelong learning and raising the overall quality of education at the university—but also facilitates the exchange of best practices with partner universities in Malaysia, thereby fostering sustainable international networking and collaboration.
