The Faculty of Education at Burapha University has established collaborations with several institutions, including the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, the Faculty of Education at Nakhon Phanom University, the Faculty of Education at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, and the Faculty of Education at Thaksin University to lunch the EDU SHARE project, which started in 2022 and takes place twice a year, in April and October. The purpose is to build an educational network that fosters knowledge exchange and supports academic services, including education for sustainable development. The program is conducted online via the Zoom Cloud Meeting platform. The mission of the Faculty of Education (EDU) is to provide academic services to the community and other related aspects to contribute to a knowledge-based society. In April 2025, the Faculty of Education will host a program titled “The Core of Teaching and Learning” from 23-24 April 2025, comprising fifteen topics. It aims to provide participants with opportunities for personal development and to apply the knowledge they acquire in their work, thereby contributing to the advancement of education for sustainable development goals.

- This event provides new knowledge and skills to educators during the semester break, creates equal and inclusive educational opportunities, and supports lifelong learning for educators.

Program Activities:
In this event, EDU is the host to provide the program and find a new collaboration between the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha) and three co-host universities, namely the Faculty of Education, Thaksin University Songkhla, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, and the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. There are supported faculty members who can become free speakers.
Expected Outcomes (Impacts):
A total of 4,267 participants attended the event, representing four occupational groups. The majority were teachers (3,709 participants, 86.92%), followed by educators (453 participants, 10.62%), university instructors (114 participants, 2.67%), private business professionals (20 participants, 0.47%), and others (71 participants, 1.66%). The results indicated that participants’ overall satisfaction was very high, with an average score of 4.75. The highest-rated aspect was gaining knowledge and understanding of the topics covered (4.78), followed by the ability to apply the knowledge in their classrooms (4.73), and the opportunity to exchange knowledge and establish connections among institutions (4.73). Regarding knowledge acquisition, participants reported an average self-assessed knowledge level of 2.56 before attending the online webinar, which increased to 4.59 after the training. This indicates an average gain in knowledge of 2.02.
