In today’s highly competitive and rapidly changing work environment, personnel within organisations often face stress, fatigue, and work-related pressure, which affect both mental health and job performance. Applying Buddhist principles and teachings to the workplace is therefore not merely a matter of religion, but also of managing the mind and cultivating wisdom. Having morality and ethics as a foundation helps promote transparency, unity, and responsibility in the workplace. At the same time, practising mindfulness and meditation enables personnel to think more systematically, reduce conflicts, and handle problems with greater awareness and composure. The organisation recognises the importance of this initiative in creating a sustainable balance between “work” and “mind,” allowing both to progress together. This will enhance employees’ potential and effectiveness, leading to greater success and fostering a happier, more collaborative working environment.
