The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Burapha University, has facilitated international clinical internships for Physical Therapy students, offering them hands-on experience in Vietnam and China. These internships allow students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, gaining exposure to different healthcare systems and practices, and fostering global collaboration in physical therapy education.
The aims:
1. To provide students with international clinical internship opportunities.
2. To apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world settings.
3. To promote cultural exchange and global perspectives in healthcare practices.
4.To strengthen international collaboration in physical therapy education.
The internship program involves three groups of students traveling to 199 Hospital in Vietnam and Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital in China. Students will gain clinical experience in both traditional and modern healthcare settings. The internship program is organized and supervised by the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, with collaboration from various international institutions.
This initiative enhances students’ global perspectives, providing valuable international clinical experience. It promotes the exchange of knowledge and practices between different healthcare systems, fostering future collaboration. The project also strengthens Burapha University’s role in global education and research in physical therapy.
