          The Faculty of Gems, Burapha University, recognizes the importance of fostering industrial partnerships to enhance student potential in alignment with current market demands. Consequently, a collaborative session was held with Regal Jewelry Manufacture Co., Ltd., a leading establishment in the gems and jewelry industry, to serve as a platform for exchanging valuable insights and discussing future integration strategies. This initiative aims to build a robust network between the academic institution and the private sector, providing students with direct access to organizational information and corporate culture. These insights assist students in selecting internship placements and establishing clear career goals. Ultimately, this collaboration prepares students to transition into the professional workforce effectively and sustainably.

          The objective of this project is to strengthen academic cooperation and human resource development between the Faculty of Gems, Burapha University, and Regal Jewelry Manufacture Co., Ltd. This initiative focuses on exchanging industrial insights and operational practices within the gems and jewelry sector to integrate them into the teaching and learning processes. Furthermore, it provides students with direct access to organizational information, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding internship placements and career planning. This collaboration ultimately enhances student potential to meet the practical demands of the business sector effectively.

          This project is conducted through collaborative discussions between the executives and faculty members of the Faculty of Gems, Burapha University, and representatives from Regal Jewelry Manufacture Co., Ltd. The focus is on exchanging valuable insights and establishing a framework for future academic integration. Additionally, the initiative includes an organizational presentation for students, covering corporate culture and business operations, to share direct industry experiences and provide guidance on selecting internship placements and future career opportunities within the gems and jewelry sector.

          This project supports SDG 4 by integrating industry insights into the curriculum for modern skill development. It advances SDG 8 by preparing students for high-standard internships and effective future employment. Furthermore, it strengthens SDG 17 through a strategic partnership between academia and Regal Jewelry Manufacture Co., Ltd. to drive national industry competitiveness.
