The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, through the Division of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Office of Student Development and Corporate Image, recognizes the importance of academic knowledge exchange in promoting nutrition and highlighting the role of dietetics in fostering public health. This vision is aligned with the Faculty’s mission to advance wellness sciences as a distinctive area of excellence.
Equally important, the project also emphasizes the value of building strong student networks across institutions in the field of dietetics. Such networks not only foster professional collaboration but also contribute to the academic and career advancement of students after graduation.
With this in mind, the Division of Nutrition and Dietetics organized the 10th Nutrition Relations Project under the theme “Food, Nutrition & Dietetics: Dietitian on the Beach at BUU”. The program combined academic exchange with recreational activities to strengthen connections among dietetics students from various institutions, including Mahidol University, Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Mahasarakham University, University of Phayao, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage, and Suranaree University of Technology. These interactions are expected to establish beneficial networks that support students’ future professional pathways.
