Thai Traditional Medicine for Community Care Project 2025

Thai Traditional Medicine for Community Care Project 2025

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences offers a Bachelor of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine program, which emphasizes comprehensive health care encompassing treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and health promotion. By extending this knowledge to the public, the program not only enhances community well-being but also fosters volunteerism among students and staff. Such initiatives allow participants to engage in academic service activities while equipping local communities with the ability to care for their own basic health.

In line with this vision, the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program initiated the “Thai Traditional Medicine for Community Care Project” to disseminate knowledge of Thai traditional medicine to the community, encourage volunteer engagement, and enable students to learn directly from community contexts.
