          The Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University, has consistently prioritised promoting and supporting educational opportunities for its students, aiming to foster equity in education and reduce social disparities in line with the principles of sustainable development. This initiative particularly focuses on alleviating the financial burdens related to tuition fees and living expenses for students from all backgrounds, including those with outstanding academic achievements, exceptional talents, contributions to the faculty’s reputation, or those facing economic hardship and vulnerability. For Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2568), the Faculty has allocated a budget of 1.5 million baht to provide scholarships under seven categories, benefiting over 400 students. This effort represents a concrete measure to ease students’ financial burdens while encouraging them to pursue academic excellence, engage in extracurricular activities, and contribute positively to society. Ultimately, the program aims to cultivate high-quality graduates and foster a more equitable and inclusive future.

           The Faculty of Political Science and Law Scholarship Program for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2568) has been initiated to create equitable access to education and ease students’ financial burdens, with particular emphasis on reducing student poverty and preventing educational exclusion.

          The main objectives are as follows: 1) To provide financial assistance to economically disadvantaged students, preventing them from dropping out and contributing to long-term poverty reduction at the individual level. 2) To ensure equal educational opportunities for all students, covering those with academic excellence, outstanding achievements, or socio-economic vulnerabilities. 3) To encourage students to maximize their academic potential, actively engage in extracurricular and social activities, and become competent graduates capable of uplifting themselves, their families, and society sustainably.

          The Faculty of Political Science and Law Scholarship Program for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2568) is designed to reduce educational disparities and alleviate student poverty. A total budget of 1.5 million baht has been allocated to support over 400 students through seven categories of scholarships, addressing diverse needs including financial hardship, social vulnerability, academic excellence, student work assistance, and contributions to the Faculty’s reputation. The implementation process begins with open calls for applications and a transparent, fair selection procedure conducted by a designated committee. Priority is given to students from low-income families or those at risk of dropping out due to financial difficulties, ensuring they can continue their education without interruption. Furthermore, the program includes ongoing follow-ups to monitor scholarship utilization and student development outcomes. This initiative aims to serve as a practical mechanism to provide equal access to education, break the cycle of poverty among students, and contribute to long-term sustainability for individuals, their families, and society at large.
