Faculty of Engineering, Partners with NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd. to Develop Carbon Management Services
On 3 September 2025, the Faculty of Engineering, Burapha University, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on carbon management cooperation between Burapha University and NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd. at Burapha University, Chonburi Province.
The ceremony was honoured by: Assoc. Prof. Dr Pawinee Suksuntornsiri, Director of the Greenhouse Gas Management Certification Unit, Burapha University and Mr Prakas Butthamas, Managing Director, NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co., Ltd.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Nayost Kurukijkosol, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Burapha University, delivered a welcoming and congratulatory address 
. Executives from the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Public Health of Burapha University also attended the ceremony.
This collaboration aims to develop and expand services in carbon management, including:
- Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO)
- Carbon Footprint for Product (CFP)
- Greenhouse Gas Reduction Projects (T-VER)
- Carbon Reduction Consultancy Services
The cooperation will run for five years, with a joint committee and working group established to drive environmental and energy sustainability initiatives, reaffirming the Faculty of Engineering, Burapha University, as a
“Leading Industry-Oriented Engineering Faculty in the East.”
