To ensure sustainable organisational resilience and governance excellence, the Faculty adopts the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework, focusing on Category 1 (Leadership) and Category 2 (Strategic Planning). This initiative leverages high-level strategic guidance from the Chairman of the Burapha University Council to define core competencies, establish a robust policy direction, and align institutional remarks and an overview of the institutional context delivered by the Acting Dean. This is followed by a keynote address entitled &#8220;Leading the Organisation to Excellence: Administrative Compass for the Faculty of Law, Burapha University in the Transformation Era,&#8221; delivered by Assoc: Prof. Dr Sumon Sakolchai, Chairman of the Burapha University Council. The session concludes with an interactive Q&amp;A and knowledge-exchange session, allowing university leadership, faculty members, and administrative staff to discuss strategic alignment and EdPEx
