By providing targeted re-skilling and up-skilling in civil and criminal procedure law, legal drafting, and professional ethics, the project strengthens regional legal capacity. Day 2 emphasized criminal procedure, professional code of conduct, and simulated examination response writing accompanied by direct expert evaluations to ensure actionable skill
