This initiative aligns with the University&#8217;s vision of becoming a Green University by fostering a sustainable environment for learning, research, and daily life. The project aims to cultivate environmental awareness and green practices among staff and students, encouraging efficient resource use and reducing environmental impacts. In line with the Faculty&#8217;s annual action plan on sustainable social development, the project supports institutional sustainability through activities such as the &#8220;Plant the Future&#8221; tree-planting campaign around the new building complex. The Orchid Tree was selected as it is the official tree of the Faculty of Education, while Mexican Petunia were planted for their aesthetic value and auspicious significance. A total of 60 participants took part in the activity. Overall satisfaction with the programme was rated at the highest level (x\u0304 = 4.69, S.D. = 0.60). Participants also suggested that similar activities should be organised in the future, with a focus on indoor planting initiatives.<\/p><p><strong>The impacts:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>1. The Faculty of Education serves as a model of a green organisation within Burapha University.\u00a0<\/p><p>2. The Faculty of Education provides an environmentally friendly setting that enhances well-being and quality of life.\u00a0<\/p><p>3.
