To create awareness of human rights and equity regarding gender equality among participants.<br \/>2. To promote the quality of life of the participants.<br \/>3. To integrate psychological knowledge for the physical and mental healthcare of the participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0cb3e9a e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0cb3e9a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-813988a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"813988a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 This activity was organized as a training session for the staff and students of Thungphothale Pittaya School in Kamphaeng Phet Province. The physical and mental health promotion activity consisted of two topics: &#8220;Happiness is Self-Made&#8221; and &#8220;Psychology and Gender Equality.&#8221; The activity included lectures, mutual learning exchanges, and opportunities for participants to express their opinions in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58e355d e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"58e355d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11e0b43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11e0b43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The activity creates a significant long-term positive impact by raising awareness of gender equality and human rights, helping mitigate gender-based discrimination and stereotypes in educational settings. By equipping school staff and students with practical psychological tools, the project enables them to manage their personal well-being independently. This holistic approach fosters a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of life across the entire school
