Faculty organised a series of structured team-building modules. Staff members were organised into cross-functional teams to participate in collaborative challenges, including:<\/p><ol><li>Communication Drills: (e.g., Charades and Song Synthesis) to enhance non-verbal communication and collective intuition.<\/li><li>Precision and Coordination Tasks: (e.g., Strategic Balloon Drills and Ping Pong Navigation) to build trust and shared goal
