To promote the rights of staff and students to express their gender identity appropriately, inclusive use of shared spaces and activities, and fair and merit-based personnel selection, the Psychology and Gender Equality project was held by the Department of Psychology to raise awareness of rights and equality, while encouraging students to engage in dialogue and contribute ideas on gender-related issues. The initiative supports the development of an inclusive learning environment that enables individuals to reach their full potential sustainably. Students participated in group exercises to reflect on and present their identities in the context of gender equality. The sessions also encouraged equal participation, allowing students to express their views while reinforcing respect for others&#8217; rights and
