Recognising these cultural differences\u2014particularly regarding the role of women in the workplace\u2014is essential for students majoring in French. Approximately 90% of these students are women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, many of whom aspire to work in international organisations in both Thailand and France during their cooperative education and after graduation. This project also serves as a meaningful initiative to celebrate International Women\u2019s Day.<\/p><p><strong>Project Coordinator: <\/strong>Chotika Activities:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The project featured two main activities:<\/p><p>1. A discussion on the journey of French women\u2019s success from the past to the present, with emphasis on those who have contributed to advancing gender equality in the French workplace.<\/p><p>2. A seminar titled \u201cWomen\u2019s Rights and Gender Equality in the Thai Workplace Context and Essential Skills for Women\u2019s Empowerment\u201d was attended by 80 students from the French for Communication program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-986350d e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"986350d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fccfe74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fccfe74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Expected Outcomes (Impacts):<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Participants developed a positive attitude toward contributing to a more equitable society. They gained valuable knowledge, understanding, and essential skills related to workplace environments in both Thailand and France, equipping them for future careers. Additionally, the project fostered greater awareness and appreciation of International Women\u2019s Day, highlighting the importance of women in students\u2019 lives who support and empower female,
