Consequently, a collaborative session was held with Regal Jewelry Manufacture Co., Ltd., a leading establishment in the gems and jewelry industry, to serve as a platform for exchanging valuable insights and discussing future integration strategies. This initiative aims to build a robust network between the academic institution and the private sector, providing students with direct access to organizational information and corporate culture. These insights assist students in selecting internship placements and establishing clear career goals. This initiative focuses on exchanging industrial insights and operational practices within the gems and jewelry sector to integrate them into the teaching and learning processes. Furthermore, it provides students with direct access to organizational information, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding internship placements and career planning.
