In the context of today\u2019s global society, English plays a crucial role as a tool for promoting intercultural understanding, respect for diversity, and the development of an equitable society, particularly regarding gender equality and the rights of women and children. The appropriate use of English can help reduce gender bias and promote acceptance of diversity in the workplace. Therefore, fourth-year students who are about to graduate need to develop both English communication skills and awareness of gender equality in order to communicate and perform effectively in professional environments, in line with human rights principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The project was organized under the theme \u201cEnglish in the Workplace for Promoting Gender Equality and Supporting the Roles of Women and Children,\u201d contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5: Gender Equality) while promoting the development of graduates who possess knowledge, professional competencies, and attitudes aligned with multicultural workplaces, social responsibility, and sustainable development.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The project aimed to enhance students\u2019 knowledge and understanding of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality) and encourage them to apply these concepts in workplace contexts. It also sought to develop students\u2019 ability to communicate effectively in English in professional settings while being mindful of gender equality and non-discrimination toward women and children. A special lecture titled \u201cEnglish in the Workplace for Promoting Gender Equality and Supporting the Roles of Women and Children\u201d was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Pattana from the Department of Western Languages, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University. The lecture provided insights into the use of English in workplace contexts while fostering understanding of gender equality and non-discrimination in organizations. The activities included knowledge sharing, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to promote comprehensive understanding. In addition, activities were organized to prepare students for their future careers, encouraging them to recognize the importance of adaptation and self-development in professional life. The program concluded with remarks and encouragement from faculty members of the Department of Thai Language, offering guidance and inspiration to students before graduation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69fe890 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"69fe890\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5863649 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5863649\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b966bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b966bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As a result of the project, students gained knowledge and understanding of SDG 5 and were able to apply these concepts in workplace contexts.
