The off-campus study visit for Course 67849464: Seminar on Consumer Protection Law is designed to enhance students\u2019 understanding of mediation procedures and consumer litigation through real-world exposure. This activity enables students to apply classroom knowledge in an authentic legal setting, thereby strengthening their professional competence, analytical skills, and readiness for future legal practice.<\/p><p><strong>Project Coordinator: <\/strong>Asst. Prof. Sirisak Jungthawan<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05ad0d6 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"05ad0d6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d18ffe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d18ffe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>To provide students with hands-on experience in an authentic setting, enabling them to analyse and integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application.<\/li><li>To enhance instructional practices in alignment with real-world social contexts, broaden learning beyond the classroom, and facilitate direct knowledge transfer from experienced legal practitioners.<\/li><li>To develop students\u2019 in-depth understanding of consumer litigation and mediation processes, including their limitations and practical approaches to problem-solving.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Program Activities:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The project was conducted according to a structured schedule. Students travelled from the university to Chonburi Provincial Court, where they received an introductory briefing and a lecture on consumer litigation and mediation. They observed consumer dispute mediation sessions and electronic litigation proceedings in courtrooms. Students also visited mediation rooms and learned about innovative and electronic court services. The program included a session on access to justice and legal rights delivered by legal officers. The project concluded with a summary of learning outcomes and the students\u2019 return to the university.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
