The updated ISO (To-Be) processes were presented and compared with previous workflows, followed by structured feedback sessions to refine processes before formal committee consideration.<\/p><p><strong>Expected Outcomes (Impacts):<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Personnel Development<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Established shared understanding of both As-Is and To-Be ISO processes.<\/li><li>Strengthened systematic process analysis skills.<\/li><li>Enhanced practical skills in applying AI tools to software development.<\/li><li>Encouraged adaptability and continuous professional growth.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Process and Systems Improvement<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Improved clarity and alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO\/IEC 27001:2022 standards.<\/li><li>Reduced
