Although Agile has been introduced, misunderstandings of its principles and practices have limited its effectiveness, reducing flexibility and causing occasional operational conflicts.<\/p><p>This workshop was therefore initiated as the \u201cfirst button\u201d in reshaping the organisational mindset\u2014establishing a systematic, practical, and tailored shared understanding of Agile It was led by Mr Worawit Weerapun, Deputy Director for Information Systems Development and Innovation, who shared practical insights into Agile implementation.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The program focused on cultivating an Agile mindset, clarifying essential frameworks and techniques, and connecting Agile concepts directly to the operational context of the Computer Center. Participants were encouraged to reflect, discuss, and explore how Agile practices could be meaningfully applied to their real-world
