The initiative introduced an exciting <strong data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"533\">BOXING DANCE, ZUMBA DANCE <\/strong>\u00a0fitness class to promote health and quality of life for students, staff, and the surrounding community.<\/p><p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"1026\">The activities were held at the <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"708\">Outdoor Stage (Horseshoe Court)<\/strong>, Student Activities Center Building 2, every Thursday at 4:30 PM throughout August \u2013 September 2025. Led by professional trainers, the classes aimed to encourage participants to build exercise discipline, while also providing fun, energy, and opportunities to strengthen community connections within the university.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d30235 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no development; it also directly supports the <strong data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1232\">United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1870\"><li data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1549\"><p data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1275\">SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being<\/strong><br data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1278\" \/>Regular physical activity is key to preventing chronic diseases and improving both physical and mental health. Burapha University ensures that students, staff, and community members have equal access to wellness opportunities, encouraging a healthy lifestyle for all.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1870\"><p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1870\"><strong data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1599\">SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities<\/strong><br data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1602\" \/>By opening its outdoor space to students, staff, and the public, the university provides a safe, inclusive, and sustainable environment that fosters both health and community well-being. This reflects BUU\u2019s role as a hub for health promotion and lifelong learning.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1906\">Building Well-being Together<\/h3><p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2234\">The <em data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1949\">Physical Well-being for BUU Students<\/em> project is more than just a fitness class \u2014 it represents Burapha University\u2019s commitment to creating a health-promoting ecosystem. Through collaboration and participation, the university and its surrounding community move together toward long-term well-being in both body and
